Issues with User Interface on Mobile Devices

Hi, Can you please answer my question as for some reason you chose to answer another user who hijacked my thread. My url is : https://www.mpo8.com/ I have removed a lot of content from the header page, to try and isolate why. It seems if you select the menus on the iphone version it defaults to a type of reader version without any CCS or formatting. Can you help? Thanks
