Issues with User Interface on Mobile and Other PLatforms

Hi, Been having issues with getting the web site to align with other mobile/pad devices. The site on a pc or macbook looks as it should via my wordpress admin & custom tool designer. However, when viewing the site on iphone or ipad it is totally different, no menus or color scheme, CSS parameters have been updated. Can anyone assist with this?
