Issue with Validating License Key After Subscription Renewal

I recently renewed my subscription and paid the annual fee, but I'm having trouble validating my license key for the theme. Despite entering the key from my account, the theme isn't recognizing it. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it? Thanks in advance for your help!
