Issue with Appearance – Customise menu (not visible in Google Chrome browser)

I can easily access the Theme options panel from any browser, HOWEVER In Google Chrome I cannot access that area through APPEARANCE - CUSTOMISE (works in Edge) As the theme options panel is being deprecated, and the only access to change theme settings will be via APPEARANCE - CUSTOMISE, this is something that needs to be fixed.
