Is there an option to put the menu to the Footer?

Hi Folks, I'm helping a friend with her website which i did not build. I'm an advanced WP user but I cant figure out how to activate the footer on this theme. In Widget I see 3 footer section but anything I put in, it's now visible on the front end. I also need to insert a menu to the footer but there is not such a possibility in the Menu Options. I can choose between Fixed Header Top Menu and Primary Menu. No Footer option. Any help please?
