Is it allowed to adjust the footertext?

Hi guys, I like this theme and while I found information on other themes whether it's okay or not to remove the "*** by Catch Themes"-information, I wanted to ask you if it's okay to remove it on the Rock Star Theme or do I have to buy the pro version to do this legally? Thanks in advance, Nico
