IS ANYBODY THERE?

I just signed up for the support and PAID money to get support - and nobody is available. I have been WASTING my ENTIRE day with this theme and getting NOWHERE! I need an answer immediately! I have tons of issues and NO SUPPORT. Either I get feedback or I would like my money back for the theme and the support I paid for.
