Is a logo with different URL possible?

Hello, I'd like to link the logo from our blog stage.forschung.bissantz.de to a different url as the blog itself --> to the root domain www.bissantz.de I tried to use the header image instead of the logo. But its responsive look is not good (logo is not in line with the menu icon). Do you have a resolution? Thanks in advance. Olaf
