Internal 500 Error after installation of Pro

Hello, I downloaded and installed the AudioMan demo and checked it out, the admin in Appearance (Customize) was available. I went ahead and purchased the Pro theme and installed it, installed required plugins then made a child theme using your generator and now the theme works on the front end but Customize, Menus and Background all return Internal 500 errors. I deleted everything and just installed the pro theme, activated needed plugins etc - same result. I ran WP Debug and viewed the "Customize" page in Appearance. The 500 error displayed but no debug code. I disabled all plugins - reactivated the Catch plugins - same result. We suspect there's an error caused by the demo version being installed first but cannot trace it, can you assist?
