Integrated Slider height

Hey there, I am new with wordpress and I am using Catch Themes Clean Journal for my first website. Now I came across the issue, that the height of the integrated slider is to high for the appearance of my page. Therefore, I wanted to ask you how and if it is possible to change the height of the integrated slider with custom css (half of the height woulbe be more then sufficient). I would be very pleased if you would be able to help me with this issue. Sincerely, Daniel
