Instagram Feed Gallery Widget not working

Hi, This issue has happened two times in the last 5 weeks. Our Instagram feed is down and a new access token is requested. It's down again today and I followed the protocol twice to get a new access token and still the Instagram feed is down on the homepage of the website: staceymoeevents.com. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Help?
