Infolink insearch and infram not working in my website

Hi, I recently installed infolink plugin but when i entered my pub id and saved the settings it was not working and showing the pub_id - XXXX, and website_id in the footer. Then I deactivated the plugin and put the code manually on my website footer. the infolink links are working but only the intag and intext. Inframe and insearch is still not working. I went through some forums there some people are also having same issue so they suggested that it might be the theme and i need to contact the developer for that.
