Incorrect display of the "home page" template with video banner: Chrome browser

The video does not "scale correctly" in the Chrome browser. No problem with the firefox browser. Some problem with Microsoft edge (black stripe) Solutions? The video is encoded .mp3 , 1920x1024 as recommended by the template. link
