Incompatible Archive

Just purchased Bold Photography Pro. Very disappointed to find that buying the Pro version does not entitle me to priority support. First time I ever came across this. Failed to upgrade to pro from free version. Downloaded the pro zip file from my account but the initial install just says Incompatible Archive?  Help please Richard
