Including cat-links and tags-links in entry-meta

Hy there We want to Change the Content of entry-meta and entry-footer. It was possible to remove the author from the entry-meta. But how can i add the cat-links and tags-links in the entry-meta? Is it possible to add it in the CSS in the Dashboard or have we to Change it elsewhere? Thank you a lot for your answer. Beatrice SObildung
