Include video instead of slider

Hello, I am working with Catch Base Pro and I would like to include below the menu a corporate video. Which dimensions should it have and how can I best include it. Upload to Vimeo and use it instead of the slider? I would like to do this only for the main page. (start page) Thank you so much for your response. Aitor
