In The News title cannot change permanently to anything else

I wrote to you 7 months ago and you replied, however, I was unable to reply to you to let you know that your suggestion failed because you closed the topic. 7 months later, after all the updates, I still have nowhere to change the title from IN THE NEWS to anything else (ie feedback or testimonials) unless I hack the code directly. While this is a temporary fix, it obviously changes back to IN THE NEWS whenever there is an update.
