Import after upgrade to Pro

Hi, I had the free Catch Fullscreen installed. I then bought and installed the Pro version. Once activated, the settings from the Free version did not transfer automatically. I have went through menu options and installation instructions with no help. How do i transfer the data from Free to Pro?
