Implementation of Co Author Plus

Hello there ! I would like to know how to implement the co author plus plugin (http://wordpress.org/plugins/co-authors-plus/) into the Simple Catch Theme. I can't find the place where to put the custom code. Any help ? Thanks a lot ! Jeremy
