Images perfect on big screen but way too big on mobile

Hello! I have another question unfortunately... On the "about me" page of my website i have an image that is perfect on the desktop and laptop but looks way too big on mobile. Is there a way to fix that? The image doesn't 'shrink' on the mobile version... Or is there a better way to make an "about me" page that also looks good on mobile and can be situated before my instagram pages? Thank you in advance!!!
