Images on Post Page Not Showing

I've implemented "Catch Box" (free) on my site that was using a a previous theme (not a new site) My post page is the "home" page. I do not use excerpts. I use the full post with an image and usually the 1st paragraph for each post before inserting the "more" tag. After converting  to Catch Box, I notice the images are not showing up on the post/home page. I have run the thumbnail recreation plugin on my site, but still no luck.
