image widget titles in sidebar

Hi. The widget IMAGE titles are not appearing in my "optional sidebar 2." How do I make them display (in this sidebar, only)? I thought this CSS code would work, but it doesn't. What am I doing wrong? .optional-sidebar-one .widget-image .widget-title { display:inline; color: #8b0000; text-align: center; } Thank you.
