Image under Menu Bar

I am new at all of this and need help.  I'd like to put an image below my menu bar and keep it the same width as the menu bar......but I cannot figure out how to do this.  I'd also like to add music to play once my website is open.  Is this possible?  Thank you in advance for you help! Allison
