Image Slider Pictures will not stretch to maximum monitor size

Hi, I added 4 pictures (1680x720 px) to the featured post slider (I switched it to image slider before) everything went well. When I looked in the browser, the pictures are not streched as your default pictures do (they do strech to 1980x...) Where can I make the settings to get the pics stretched? Thanks
