Image and Blockquote Alignment

Hi: I added a new page (not post) and inserted an image aligned left, to the right of the image I added a blockquote that came out with the default background color (grey). The problem I'm having is that I can't align the top of the image with the top of the blockquote background (there is a difference of about 5px). Is there a code I can use for this? Thanks
