"image a la une"

Hye, WordPress 4.2.2 / catch-responsive-pro.3.0 thx for your works I want to get a picture in Featured Content (layout 3 columns), so i use "Contenu vedette de la page" and "image a la une" but i don't want to see again this picture on page when i focused on it any help ? thx.
