If I am to upgrade to Pro/Premium can I…

I am currently using Fotografie free version. If I were to upgrade to PRO can I change the menu completely? I don't like the style of the current main menu. I think it looks "too harsh" for my purpose. How many changes to menu can I do with the premium version?
