I need help please

I`m trying for some time to post a POST on a specific page. I have no option for that. I`m no programer so if someone can help me i will really appreciate. For example i want to post http://www.waystoloseweight.co.uk/nathan-pritikin-approach/ on FITNESS page (http://www.waystoloseweight.co.uk/fitness/) for example but i cant.
