I need demo content (XML / JSON) for Christmas Bell [FREE] Theme

Hey there, I just installed the Christmas bell theme and I need to install the demo content. Where it says Appearance > Demo Import It requires to upload some data to it and then we can import that. Can you please tell me where I could get that from? My email is : ***********************
