I bought pro, but am only getting half the upgrades!!!

I think I am missing something. I do not have the following (so far): News Ticker Options Feature Slider Options Featured Content Options Header Highlight Options I have gone through the entire Customize menu a few times. I have searched my Dashboard for them. They are not anywhere to be found. Am I blind and just not seeing them??
