I am having trouble changing the font colors and size. Catch Shop Dark

I am using Elementor and the Catch Shop Dark theme. However, when i go to typography I cannot select colors properly and whats more is some of the text (like the side bar content) cannot be changed no matter what I select. I then try to change the 4 color and text settings in elementor and that doesnt work either... how am i suposed to have control over my website if I cannot even easily change the text?
