HTTP Error while uploading image

Hello, I'm new to Wordpress and not sure if this is the theme issue. Been troubleshooting this issue for days. I'm trying to upload my images(not using any plugin) but some of the images are successfully uploaded but some are not. They keep coming with a Http Error.
