HTML coding is showing – URGENT please

On pauldicksontours.co.uk and pauldicksonbooks.co.uk, as well as all other sites I use this theme on, if on a laptop you hover in the services section near the images the HTML coding is displaying. Obviously this shouldn't happen so please advise if I have done something wrong or whether it is a bug in the theme. If the latter may I respectfully suggest that it needs updating urgently.
