How to translate 'Read More …'?

Where can I translate 'Read More ...'? I used the Codestyling Localization plug-in to successfully translate 'Leave a comment', 'Edit' and 'Home' but for 'Read More ...' it is not working. I even translated it in catchbase-default-options.php, but with no success. Where do I have to change it? PS: I first used POEdit, but with even less success. Andreas
