How to show different banners on mobile?

Hi, my site munich-stars.com, I would like to show different banners on mobile. Particularly, I want to show a more responsive banner on mobile. Rather than now, showing a big black box underneath the banner. Any tips to help? Thanks! Regards, Nancy
