how to set up RSS on Clean Journal Pro

Hi. I see in "customizing social links" there is an entry for "feed". I'm trying to set up an rss feed on my clean journal pro and don't know how to use this. Can you help? I would like to create a feed and send from my blog to SpecificFeeds which is an alternative to the non-supported feedburner. Thanks. Martha
