How to set up individual pictures at the top sections?

Servus! Sorry for being a pain. I somehow feel like a Elemantary School kid sitting in a reading in a University... :D I would like to set up an individual picture at the top sections of pages. I am afraid though I don't even know what the correct word for that particular setup is. "Header Image" would be my first logical guess - but that isn't working... So let's use some examples from the demo: 1. Bold Photography Pro Demo - Girl at the fence 2. Women with the hat on 3. Women with curly hair How do I set this up? If this is properly explained somewhere, let me know. I did check the Theme Instructions and the demo - but couldn't find a proper explanation. Thanks upfront, Thomas
