How to replace the 4 images and text under "popular places" on main page

Hello I can't find in the documentation how to replace the 4 images under the main feature slider image(s) and the text related to the 4 images. I also need to replace the text "Popular Places" with something else. Just let me know the correct areas or menus on the dashboard to chose to make the changes. Thanks Ken
