How to remove posts from below the featured images on the home page

Hi! I've installed the CleanPortfolio free theme. I've created 3 pages - Work, About and Contact. On the home page, I only wanted the featured images to show but below these, my individual projects under 'Work' appear again as posts. How do I remove this?
