how to remove by/date and comments from my pages?

Hi, http://69.195.124.63/~kzinteri/portfolio/childrens-room/ I tried several ways to remove by/ date/ and comments from display in the top of the pages also how do i remove "leave a comment" under the images? I want a clean page. Thank you
