how to prevent auto-format of phone number in footer?

Please look here: https://rijidijo.managedwp.com.au and note that in the footer, the theme has automatically formatted the phone number into a link. I actually want the phone number itself simply to appear as plain text exactly the same as the words "phone number" In order to get the footer to look how it does now, I have used the following code - which seems to work. But I'm always open to a better way of doing things.
