How to optimize simple catch theme for mobile user.

hey sakin i want to know how can i optimize my blog for mobile user. How is my blog going to look to user from mobile?? can i use any plugin with simple catch theme?? WP touch mobile is not working with simple catch theme what can be the reasons??
