How to move the homepage featured content up and down

Hi there In my frontpage I had the 3 or 4 columms of homepage featured content. I now had a page with some text I want to move up before theese 3 columms - I had before mark "X" somewhere in the theme options, so it automatic change the position, but now I can't fint it in the theme options. Could you please help me.
