How to make a style headline for a Page?

Hi, I want set up a Page to introduce our team, named "People". The Headline 1 is People, which is plain text and the style can not be edit. The Headline 2 is "The Chair", "Post Doc", "Doctoral Candidate" etc., which is added by widget and can be edit. What I want is that the Headline 1 "People" can be edit to be bigger and has some background color or image. How could I do that. Best regards! Jeremy
