How to link photos in a gallery to individual bio pages.

I created a gallery of photos of board members (http://iabctriangle.org/our-chapter/the-board/) and need to link each photo to a separate bio page for each individual. That is, when you click on the board member's name/photo, it should you take you to their bio page. How do I add the link to each photo and create the bio pages? Thanks.
