How to get change Camera Slider??

Just downloaded Full Frame and it looks great. Really looking forward to working with it, but can't seem to get rid of the big camera picture on the slider on the front page. I have uploaded a new Header picture, but it just appears under the slider. Very basic question, but I am stuck on it. Can you please help?
