How to display post/page title beneath featured image

Hi there, I am customizing Helena Pro and I'm trying to achieve a similar layout to this one in your demo: https://catchthemes.com/demo/helena/2015/11/29/typesetting-design/ You'll notice that the image is on top and the post/page title is beneath. Also, the image is the same width as the top menu bar. On my pages/posts, the title displays above the image and the image is not as wide as the menu bar. How do I get posts and pages to display as the demo does? Thank you!
