How to delete words ABOVE the site?

At the very top of my site (on left) there are these words: inspirational, motivational, gifts, clothing, men, women, kids, christian, recovery. I need to remove them and have no idea how. They no longer pertain to the site. They are not written in the customized text anywhere that I can find.
