How to change the height of the Scroll Top Button ?

Hello guys, I just wanted to know if you could tell me where i can find the parameters that control the height to wich the scrollTop button appears. If i'm not clear, i just want that the scrollTop button appears earlier with the scroll than it is by default. Please any help would be appreciate.
