How to change the date metadata in the comments section?

Hi, I have an issue with the comments section on my catch evolution basic theme in wordpress. When someone wants to write a comment or I want to reply to one on my blog, the date of the comment appears like this: 03 de diciembre de 2016 en 19:29 07Sat, 03 Dec 2016 19:29:11 +000011. The date and time appears twice and there is a number:+000011...how can i fix this? Thanks in advance.
